Shipping Policy – Universal Medicines Limited

All our products are supplied to you by Wonderpack Eco Ltd.

Orders placed via the Polytar Shopify website

Shipping is within the UK only. We cannot ship to other countries.

Orders placed before 4:00pm UK time (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day, if in stock. Orders placed after 4:00pm UK time, on weekends, or on public holidays; will be dispatched the next working day.

We ship using Royal Mail 24 tracked services.

Delivery timescales are based on the courier’s service once your order has been dispatched.

You will receive email tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder.

Shipping Costs

1 bottle: £3 for next day delivery
2 or more bottles: free next day delivery

Returns

As the product is a medicine, the product cannot be returned for safety reasons and we cannot re-sell returned stock. 

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know including images within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or full refund by contacting info@universal-medicines.com.
