Shipping Policy – Universal Medicines Limited

All our products are supplied to you by Wonderpack Eco Ltd.

Orders placed via the Polytar Shopify website

Shipping is within the UK only. We cannot ship to other countries.

Orders placed before 4:00pm UK time (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day, if in stock. Orders placed after 4:00pm UK time, on weekends, or on public holidays; will be dispatched the next working day.

We ship using Royal Mail 24 tracked services.

Delivery timescales are based on the courier’s service once your order has been dispatched.

You will receive email tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder.

2 or more bottles: free next day delivery

Returns

Returns Policy – Universal Medicines Limited

All our products purchased on our website are supplied to you either by Wonderpack Eco Ltd.

Orders placed via the Polytar Shopify website

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 

Returned items must be unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: info@universal-medicines.com

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
